What Information Do I Collect?
I collect information you provide voluntarily via the contact forms on my website or the Booking Information Form sent to you during the booking process which include your name, contact information and any date, location and service information related to your booking. Any further information you provide via my email address or business contact number may also be kept as a record, to include any relevant information you provide in order for me to complete our services. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use i.e. for invoicing and accounting purposes. If information you are sharing includes personal details for other members of your booking it is assumed that you have their permission to share such details.
As part of my work with you, I may take photographs for reference or continuity purposes. I may also use photographs of you, with your permission, on my website and social media platforms. I will always request permission before taking my own photographs, and will request permission to share or publish third party photographs shared with me by you after your event. I will not, unless I seek your permission first, use photographs of children or minors.
What Do I Do With This Information?
I use your information to contact you following your enquiry to provide you with further information about our services and products keep internal records and for the issuing of invoices / booking confirmations​​ until a time it is no longer legally required. Photographs may be used on our website and social media platforms and / or for marketing materials. In the event of your booking including more than one artist, details relevant only to your on-the-day services will be shared, in order for the additional artist to perform their duties regarding your booking.
Will My Information Be Disclosed to Any Third Parties?
I will never sell your information to any third parties and will not share your information unless required by law or where you have specifically asked to be put in contact with another supplier or business.
